You’re not failing.
And you’re not alone.

Our Approach

Most mental health care focuses on symptoms.
LOOP focuses on patterns.

LOOP Psychiatry is designed for young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty focusing. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on understanding the full picture of what you’re experiencing.

how your brain responds to stress
what keeps certain patterns repeating
where overwhelm starts
what support actually fits your life

More clarity.
Fewer mental loops.
Support that actually feels personalized.

A personalized approach to help your brain work with you — not against you.

Care designed for how your brain actually works.

Many young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, or attention-related challenges spend years trying to ‘push through,’ overanalyzing everything, and blaming themselves when things still feel hard.

LOOP offers personalized psychiatric care for those seeking more than quick appointments and generic recommendations. Our approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on understanding the root of what you’re experiencing—not just treating symptoms on the surface.

Built around clarity, collaboration, and sustainable progress.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about helping individuals feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and daily lives. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University in 2018.

I focus on understanding you as a whole person. Frequently Asked

What conditions does Loop Psychiatry treat?

Loop Psychiatry provides evaluation and medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions in adolescents and adults. We commonly treat:

  • Depression
  • Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
  • Panic disorder
  • Social anxiety and other anxiety disorders
  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Bipolar disorder and other mood disorders
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related conditions
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Schizoaffective disorder and other psychotic disorders

Every person’s experience is unique, and treatment is tailored to your individual symptoms, goals, and needs. If you’re struggling but aren’t sure whether you have a specific diagnosis, that’s okay—we’ll work together during a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand what you’re experiencing and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Is this therapy?

No. Loop Psychiatry primarily provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management, rather than ongoing psychotherapy.

During your appointments, I incorporate supportive therapy to help you process current challenges, build coping strategies, and reinforce progress between visits. I also provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, including sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other evidence-based habits that support mental wellness.

For individuals who would benefit from more in-depth psychotherapy, I encourage working with a licensed therapist alongside medication management. Research consistently shows that, for many mental health conditions, a combination of medication and therapy can lead to the best outcomes.

Is Loop Psychiatry telehealth only?

Yes. At this time, Loop Psychiatry provides 100% virtual psychiatric care through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments. Telehealth allows you to receive high-quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of your home, work, or another convenient location.

Virtual visits are designed to provide the same personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care as an in-person appointment, including comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care.

What ages do you work with?

Loop Psychiatry provides psychiatric care for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older.

Whether you’re a teenager navigating school and social challenges, a young adult balancing work or college, or an adult seeking support for your mental health, care is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Every treatment plan is individualized and may include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, and recommendations for healthy lifestyle habits to promote long-term wellness.

If you’re unsure whether Loop Psychiatry is the right fit for you or your family, feel free to reach out with any questions before scheduling an appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Loop Psychiatry accepts several major insurance plans. Current accepted plans include:

  • Aetna
  • Carelon Behavioral Health
  • Cigna
  • Quest Behavioral Health
  • Ascension SmartHealth (Texas)
  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Colorado)
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas
  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Colorado)
  • Independence Blue Cross (Pennsylvania plans for Colorado)

Insurance availability may vary depending on your state and specific plan. Loop Psychiatry currently provides care for patients in Texas and Colorado and coverage differs by location and individual insurance benefits.

Additional insurance plans may be added over time. If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please contact us to discuss your coverage options.

If your insurance is not accepted, self-pay (cash-pay) appointments are also available. We believe in transparent pricing and will discuss your costs before your appointment so there are no surprises.

What if I’m not sure whether I have ADHD?

You do not need to have a formal ADHD diagnosis before reaching out to Loop Psychiatry. Many people seek care because they are experiencing challenges with focus, organization, motivation, time management, impulsivity, or feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities but are unsure why.

During a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, we will explore your symptoms, personal history, current challenges, and how these concerns impact your daily life. We will also consider other factors that can affect attention and concentration, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep difficulties, or other medical and mental health conditions.

If ADHD is the right diagnosis, we will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle recommendations to help improve focus, confidence, and overall functioning.

You do not need to have all the answers before your first appointment—we will help you better understand what you are experiencing and determine the best path forward.

Your new rhythm starts here.

You don’t need to push harder. You may just need support designed for how your brain actually works.
